He was born in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, on March 25th, 1966. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Belgrade in 1992 and obtained the title of a graduated engineer of mechanical engineering, for aerospace engineering. The acquired the title that is equated with the title of master engineer of mechanical engineering. The candidate has one registered national patent from 2002 (from category M92) for a car theft protection device. The candidate has several applied national and international patents (from category M87).He worked independently or as a member of the team on 30 innovative projects for missile systems, aero engines and cars. Currently, he is developing a new type of ultra-dual-jet two-seater (VV & BB) with 3 original technical solutions and exceptional performance. He holds the license 330 G9 10 08 for the responsible designer in the field of thermotechnics, thermoenergy, process and gas technology. He is a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers.

Branko Babic was born in Serbia, Kraljevo. At the age of ten, he was taken to England, where his father had settled after the Second World War. Since then, he has been living in Oxford, England. Babic attained his London University Science Degree (BSc) in Chemistry and Psychology in (1967 – 1970). He spent most of his time researching and developing concepts that were of considerable interest to him but were in no way related to his training. He was working on the causation of cancerous changes in cells and had proposed the concept of DNA fundamental frequency resonance, to an ultrasound specialist researcher at the above medical establishment. The concept was related to a specific resonance of cancerous DNA as compared to a specific resonance for normal cell DNA that was different and could be selectively enhanced to destroy cancers of all types. He established a number of businesses and spent several decades running successful businesses in renovation of properties but always continued his interest in research and new developments. Eventually he abandoned commercial work and settled down to resume his research and development that he continues to this day.
He published numerous scientific articles and took part in many international conferences around the world.

He was born in Prizren, Republic of Serbia, on August 31st, 1970. He graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade in 1997 and obtained the title of a graduated engineer for information technology, and was equated with the master of information technology engineer. At the same faculty, at the Department for Information Systems, he enrolled in Doctoral Studies in Electronic Commerce.There is one registered national patent from 2012, registration number 65130 (from category M92): ISTREETLIGHT ZIG, number Z-2012-911 29.06.2012. He has five registered national and international patents (from category M87) in the period 2011-2018. and two of them he is the only author. He has 8 technical solutions, one of which is from category M81 and 7 from category M82, all from domains: payment and payment industry, software and telecommunication support, transaction and security systems; and Internet of Things, Smart City, intelligent lighting and related cars. He published 5 papers in the proceedings of international and national scientific conferences. For his research work and innovation, he received 8 awards from international and national professional associations and institutions.
