The Official Anthem of IRASA Academy “Lux Mentium Clara” – Light of the Mind
The International Research Academy of Sciences and Arts IRASA proudly presents its ceremonial anthem, “Lux Mentium Clara” (Light of the Mind), a musical composition dedicated to the universal values of science, art, wisdom, truth, and humanity.
The author of the lyrics and original musical composition is Academician Prof. Dr. Vladica Ristić, President of the International Research Academy of Sciences and Arts.
The anthem was created as an artistic expression of the spiritual unity of scientists, researchers, and artists around the world. Its verses and ceremonial melody symbolize the power of the human mind, freedom of creativity, peace, and the everlasting light of knowledge.
During the creative process, Academician Vladica Ristić wrote the lyrics and composed the music, developing a total of 11 musical versions. Upon completion, all versions were submitted to Academician Prof. Dr. Yevgenij Xaviereff, professor of cello and composer, and Academician Prof. Dr. Svetlana Chlaidze, professor of piano and composer.
Academician Yevgenij Xaviereff, together with his team of composers, selected the eleventh version as the final musical arrangement of the anthem.
The author, Academician Vladica Ristić, expresses his sincere gratitude to Academicians Yevgenij Xaviereff and Svetlana Chlaidze, as well as their distinguished team, for their collaboration, artistic contributions, and support in bringing this significant work to completion.
The original lyrics of the anthem were written in Latin, with poetic adaptations also prepared in English and regional languages.
“Lux Mentium Clara” represents the ceremonial musical identity of IRASA Academy and a lasting dedication to science, art, peace, freedom, and the progress of humanity.

IRASA Academy Successfully Organized the SETI VIII 2026 Conference
The Eighth International Scientific Conference “Science, Education, Technology and Innovation – SETI VIII 2026”, held in Belgrade on October 10, 2026, was organized by the International Research Academy of Sciences and Arts – IRASA.
The SETI VIII 2026 Conference brought together 186 scientists and researchers from 21 countries (United States of America, Peru, India, Iran, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Philippines, Japan, Bangladesh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Germany, Romania, Ukraine, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia), featuring 80 scientific papers and 97 abstracts.
Academician Jordan Plevneš received the Golden Plaque for Lifetime Achievement, while the following academicians were awarded Golden Plaques for their contributions to IRASA: Mirko Smoljič, Marina Guzovski, Vladimir Tomašević, Ismet Kalić, Dušan Laković, Amit Vujić, and Aleksandar Stevanović.

Prof. Aleksandar Ilić, a regular member of the International Research Academy of Sciences and Arts (IRASA), published on February 28 in the newspaper Dnevnik an expert critical review under the title:
“Students of the Ballet School rejuvenated the SNP stage – At the concert, they demonstrated the results of their pedagogical work and their artistic potential”
As a distinguished artist, pedagogue and member of the international academic community, prof. In his text, Ilić analyzes the annual concert of the Ballet School in Novi Sad, held on the stage of the Serbian National Theatre, looking at it from the perspective of artistic and pedagogical standards of contemporary ballet education.
In the review, the program concept of the concert, which included contemporary and classical repertoire, with an emphasis on technical discipline, ensemble cohesion and the stage maturity of the young performers, is particularly highlighted. The choreography “Bones of Courage”, the trio “Oceans and pearls”, the male dance from the ballet La Peri, as well as the final Gran pa from the ballet Esmeralda, which, according to the author’s opinion, showed a high level of professional preparation, were apostrophized.
Prof. Ilić emphasizes that the school equally develops artistic and production standards, approaching the world criteria of artistic education, and that such projects confirm the continuity of serious pedagogical work and institutional responsibility in the development of ballet art.
The publication of this review in one of the most important daily newspapers further confirms the role of IRASA in the affirmation of artistic research, critical thought and professional dialogue in the field of performing arts.

On December 19, 2025, FINRA University from Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, was officially admitted to the IRASA Academy as a collective member during a formal charter award ceremony. On the same occasion, Professor Ismet Kalić, PhD, President of the Board of FINRA University, was also inducted as an individual member of the IRASA Academy.”

The Seventh International Scientific Conference “Science, Education, Technology and Innovation – SETI VII 2025” was held in Belgrade on October 11, 2025, organized by the International Research Academy of Sciences and Arts – IRASA.

During her scientific research work, she published a large number of scientific papers in international journals and at scientific conferences and chapters in monographs. She is the author of 4 books published in India.

Reizabran je u isto zvanje na Fakultetu za menadžment, Univerzitet Metropolitan 2016. godine i na Fakultetu za fizičku kulturu i menadžment u sportu, Univerzitet Singidunum 2022. godine. Tokom dosadašnjeg naučno-istraživačkog rada objavio je veći broj naučnih radova u međunarodnim i nacionalnim časopisima i na međunardonim i nacionalnim naučnim skupovima.

She graduated in 1995 and received her master’s degree in 2007 from the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. In 2018, she was elected associate professor at the Faculty of Business Economics, University of Vitez, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the narrow scientific field of entrepreneurship and management. She is an external associate at the Faculty of Economics, University of Business Engineering and Management (PIM) in Banja Luka. She was a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Informatics, Novo Mesto, Slovenia and at MEF, Belgrade, Serbia.
She was born on June 4, 1962. in Prizren, Republic of Serbia. She graduated in 1987 and received her PhD in 2016 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, and obtained the academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences – Architecture. She was elected a full professor at the Faculty of Art and Design, Megatrend University in Belgrade for the narrower field of interior design. She was the dean and vice dean of the Faculty of Art and Design, Megatrend University in Belgrade.

Graduated in 2006 at the University of Novi Sad, the Academy of Arts, the Department of Audiovisual Media. She completed the master of academic studies completed in 2009 at the same faculty, gaining the title of master of drama and audiovisual artist.
