Publications
IRASA will publish both a Book of Abstracts (printed and electronic) before SETI VIII 2026 and a Book of Proceedings (electronic) after the conference.
Both publications will be available on the IRASA website.
The Book of Abstracts, Book of Proceedings, and each individual paper will receive a unique DOI number.
Language Requirements
- Written papers: Must be submitted in English
- PowerPoint presentations: Must be delivered in English
Submission and Review Process
All submitted abstracts and manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
Submission Options
- Abstract submission: Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts and, if not followed by full paper, presented at the conference.
- Full paper submission: Authors may submit up to two full papers. All accepted papers will be published in the Book of Proceedings.

PowerPoint and Oral Presentation
Presentation of abstract or paper will be on-site or via zoom inclusion.
Presentation lasts 15 minutes for keynote speakers and 10 minutes sharp for participants.
Oral presentation on-site will be delivered in English or Serbian, while via zoom may be delivered in English or the author’s preferred language.

She was born on June 10, 1972 in Kruševac, Republic of Serbia. She graduated from the Faculty of Biology at the University of Belgrade in 1999 and earned the title of graduate biologist. She received her doctorate at the Faculty of Biology of the University of Belgrade within the study program Experimental and Applied Botany – Physiology and Molecular Biology of Plants in 2014 and earned the title of Doctor of Biological Sciences. In 2019, she was elected as a professor of vocational studies for narrower scientific fields: Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition and Dietetics and Hygiene and Medical Ecology, at the “Visan” High School of Health and Sanitary Vocational Studies in Belgrade.
She graduated vocal studies at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Voice and Opera Performance. She earned at New England Conservatory of Music in Boston her Master of Arts degree as well as a Graduate Diploma in Vocal Performance.
Shailje Vasudeva is a doctor of political science. She has been appointed as Associate Professor in Political Science at Shaheed Captain Vikram Batra Government Degree College Palampur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. During her scientific research work, she published a large number of scientific papers in international journals and at scientific conferences and chapters in monographs. She is the author of 4 books published in India.

Дипломирао је 2012. године и завршио мастер студије 2014. године на Факултету техничких наука Универзитета у Приштини са седиштем у Косовској Митровици и стекао звање мастера инжењерства заштите животне средине и заштите на раду. Докторирао је на истом факултету 2020. године и стекао научно звање доктора техничко-технолошких наука, ужа научна област материјали. Изабран је у звање доцента 2021. године на Катедри за технологију, Факултет техничких наука Универзитета у Приштини са седиштем у Косовској Митровици у пољу техничко-технолошких наука, за ужу научну област материјали. Аутор је и коаутор 22 научна рада међународног значаја (17 објављено у часописима на SCI листи) и 38 радова на међународним скуповима.
He was born on November 4, 1960 in Odzaci, Republic of Serbia. He graduated in 1983 from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He received his master’s degree in 2004 from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade. He received his PhD from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Singidunum University in Belgrade in 2016 and obtained the academic degree of Doctor of Economics. He was elected associate professor in 2022 at the Faculty of Applied Ecology Futura, Metropolitan University in Belgrade for narrow scientific fields: Fundamentals of Economics and Environmental Law. At that faculty, he participates in teaching at all levels of study. During his scientific research work so far, he has published a large number of scientific papers and monographs.
Born September 25, 1977. in Zadar, Republic of Croatia. He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad in 2001. At the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management at the University of Business Academy in Novi Sad (FIMEK), majoring in Engineering Management in Agribusiness, he completed his Master’s Degree in 2011 and PhD in 2015 and earned a Doctor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Engineering Management. At the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management at the University of Business Academy in Novi Sad, in 2020 he was elected assоciate professor in the narrow scientific field: Agronomy, Technology and Engineering Management. He has published around 100 papers in international and national journals, monographs and scientific conferences. He participated in the implementation of five research projects. He is a member of editorial boards and a reviewer of two journals. He has been the Vice Dean for Teaching at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management, University of Business Academy in Novi Sad since 2022.
She was born on May 8, 1987. in Raska, Republic of Serbia. She graduated from the Technical Faculty of the University of Prishtina, Kosovska Mitrovica, in 2009. She completed her master’s studies at the same faculty in 2015 and her doctorate in 2015. In the period 2015-2017. She was a postdoctoral researcher at Central South University, Hunan, China and Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic.
Faculty of Applied Ecology – Futura is a higher education academic and scientific institution that realizes its mission with teaching, scientific, educational and professional work and research. The mission of the Faculty is to provide and promote knowledge, to represent an intellectual challenge, motivate creativity and support the desire to improve and acquire knowledge.

He was born in Nis on July 5, 1947. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Technical Faculty in Nis in 1971. He received his master’s degree in 1976 and his doctorate in 1981 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Nis. At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Nis, he was elected full professor in 1991 in the narrow scientific field of production engineering and was the head of the Department of Production Engineering. He founded the Laboratory for Intelligent Production Systems at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Nis and was its head until 1994. In June 2005, he founded the Metropolitan University of Belgrade, where he was elected professor emeritus. He has published over 140 papers in journals and conference proceedings at home and abroad. He was the manager of several research and development projects.

Објавио је већи број научних радова у међународним и националним часописима и на међунардоним и националним научним скуповима. Запослен је у ЈКП „Београдски водовод и канализација” на пословима водећег пројектанта пословног информационог система.

Докторирала је 2019. године на Пољопривредном факултету, Универзитет у Београду и стекла академски степен доктора наука биотехничких наука. Изабрана је у звање доцента за ужу научну област систем заштите животне средине 2019. године на Факултету за примењену екологију Футура, Универзитет Метрополитан у Београду. Током досадашњег научно-истраживачког рада објавила је око 30 научних радова у међународним (од тога у 4 часописа на SCI листи) и националним часописима и на међунардоним и националним научним скуповима. Коаутор је једне међународнe монографије и једног уџбеника.

Doktorirao je 2010. godine na Fakultetu za sport i turizam, Univerzitet Metropolitan, u Beogradu i stekao akademski stepen doktora nauka menadžmenta u sportu. Izabran je u zvanje docenta menadžmenta u sportu 2013. godine na Fakultetu za sport, Univerzitet „Union – Nikola Tesla” u Beogradu. Reizabran je u isto zvanje na Fakultetu za menadžment, Univerzitet Metropolitan 2016. godine i na Fakultetu za fizičku kulturu i menadžment u sportu, Univerzitet Singidunum 2022. godine. Tokom dosadašnjeg naučno-istraživačkog rada objavio je veći broj naučnih radova u međunarodnim i nacionalnim časopisima i na međunardonim i nacionalnim naučnim skupovima.

На Универзитету „ВИТЕЗ”, Травник, Босна и Херцеговина, изабран је у звање ванредног професора 2019. године у области Техничко-технолошких наука – ужа научна област Информационе технологије. Аутор је 12 уџбеника и више скрипти. Објавио је преко 70 научних радова у међународним и домаћим часописима и научним скуповима. Гост предавач је на Тамбовском универзитету у Русији. Главни и одговорни уредник је научних часописа „Едукатор” и и „Информатор”, Травник, Босна и Херцеговина.

She was elected associate professor in 2017 at the Faculty of Applied Ecology Futura, Singidunum University in Belgrade, for the narrower scientific fields of Environmental Science and Environmental Protection System.
She was born on December 22, 1966 in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She graduated in 1990 from the Faculty of Tourism and Foreign Trade in Dubrovnik, University of Split, Croatia. She received her master’s degree in 2009 and her PhD degree in 2012 from the Faculty of Business Economics, Apeiron Pan-European University in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2018, she was elected associate professor at the Faculty of Business Economics, University of Vitez, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the narrow scientific field of entrepreneurship and management. She is an external associate at the Faculty of Economics, University of Business Engineering and Management (PIM) in Banja Luka. She was a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Informatics, Novo Mesto, Slovenia and at MEF, Belgrade, Serbia.
She was born on June 4, 1962. in Prizren, Republic of Serbia. She graduated in 1987 and received her PhD in 2016 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, and obtained the academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences – Architecture. She was elected a full professor at the Faculty of Art and Design, Megatrend University in Belgrade for the narrower field of interior design. She was the dean and vice dean of the Faculty of Art and Design, Megatrend University in Belgrade.

Graduated in 2006 at the University of Novi Sad, the Academy of Arts, the Department of Audiovisual Media. She completed the master of academic studies completed in 2009 at the same faculty, gaining the title of master of drama and audiovisual artist. She is at doctoral studies in the Department of Drama, Media and Culture, Faculty of Dramatic Arts, University of Belgrade.
