MIANU – Science and Practice (SAP)

By decision of the Board of Directors of the International Research Academy of Sciences and Arts
(IRASA) from 2019, a scientific and professional journal for social and humanities was established
sciences under the name MIANU – Science and Practice (SAP). The magazine was founded with a goal in mind
creation of a relevant and open scientific platform for the publication of original scientific and
professional papers.
For tasks of organizing and editing the magazine, by decision of the IRASA Board of Directors,
the Department of the Academy in Zagreb is in charge. The director was appointed as the editor-in-chief
IRASA section in the Republic of Croatia, MIANU academician prof. Dr. Mirko Smoljić.
The magazine MIANU – Science and Practice (SAP) is aimed at interdisciplinary
research in the fields of law, economics, political science, information and communication
science, management, sociology, as well as other related social and humanities
discipline. Special emphasis is placed on scientific foundation, methodological clarity and
practical relevance of published works.
All submitted papers undergo a double-blind review process, in accordance with
international academic and ethical standards of scientific publishing. The magazine is published in
open access, which ensures the free availability of works, as well as theirs
long-term visibility and citation.
It represents a significant step forward in the development and international recognition of the magazine
its inclusion on the Hrčak portal, which additionally ensured institutional
visibility and permanent availability of published numbers.
