The authors are kindly requested to use the Template (Instructions for authors) with detailed guidelines for preparing abstracts and papers/manuscripts.

All references should appear in the reference list at the end of the paper and should be properly cited – according to the Instructions for authors.

One person can participate as the author or co-author of maximum three (3) papers.

Papers have to be formatted in accordance with the attached instructions and should be minimum seven (7) and maximum ten (10) pages long including all figures, tables and references.

All papers should be written in English, the official language of the conference.

Papers should contain the following parts: Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion,  Conclusion.

Instructions for abstract and paper preparation (Abstract template, Paper template) can be downloaded from the following page. This electronic document is a “live” template and already defines the components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] in this style sheet. Submitted papers that do not meet the criteria in accordance with the instructions for authors and the “live” template will not be taken into consideration.

Authors are strongly advised to submit papers that have been carefully proofread and edited prior to submission.
